The Make It Right Award is based on a rigorous set of criteria, including Service Quality, Problem Resolution, Hilton Honors Appreciation, and Overall Cleanliness, measured through Stay Experience scores. To qualify, hotels must also be in good financial standing, adhere to brand standards, and receive a minimum of 25 Stay Experience surveys per quarter.
